Specifications
- Material Grades: We use three main types of Titanium for our expanded metal: Grade 1 (corrosion-resistant), Grade 2 (good balance), and Grade 5 (strongest). The grade affects how strong and resistant the mesh is.
- Mesh Thickness: Our mesh comes in thicknesses from 0.3 mm (thin) to 3.0 mm (thick). The thickness determines the strength and weight of the mesh.
- Strand Width: The solid parts of the mesh range from 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm wide. Strand width affects the strength and how open the mesh is.
- Opening Size: The diamond-shaped holes vary from small (2 mm × 4 mm) to large (20 mm × 40 mm). Opening size is important for filtering or airflow.
- Standard Sheet Size: We usually supply sheets that are 1000 mm wide and 2000 mm long. This is a common size for many uses.
- Custom Sheet Size: We can also make sheets up to 1500 mm wide and 3000 mm long if you need a specific size.
- Open Area: The mesh can be 40% to 80% open space. This affects how much can pass through the mesh.
- Weight: The weight of the mesh ranges from 1.0 kg/m² to 4.5 kg/m², depending on how thick it is.
- Surface Treatment: You can choose from a natural, polished, colored (anodized), or rough (sandblasted) surface. This mainly changes how it looks and feels.
- Thickness Tolerance: The thickness of the mesh is very precise, with only a small possible difference of ±0.05 mm. This ensures consistent quality.
