Titanium Wire Mesh Series

Titanium Wire Mesh: Variable Mesh Counts, Thicknesses & Opening Sizes

Mallas provides various titanium wire mesh products, including woven (plain and twill), knitted, and expanded mesh, as well as perforated titanium sheets. Wire diameters typically range from 0.05 mm to 1.2 mm, with mesh counts from 2 to 200. Aperture sizes generally vary between 0.05 mm and 10 mm, depending on the weave or expansion method. Expanded titanium mesh is available in thicknesses of 0.3 mm to 5 mm and standard sheet sizes like 1000 mm × 2000 mm, with custom cuts also available. Perforated titanium sheets typically feature hole diameters of 0.5 mm to 10 mm, on pitches of 1 mm to 15 mm, and in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 3 mm.

Titanium Knitted Wire Mesh

Titanium Knitted Wire Mesh

Titanium Knitted Wire Mesh is made from interlocking loops of titanium wire, offering excellent flexibility and compressibility. It is commonly used in demisters, exhaust systems, and shielding applications due to its resilience, vibration absorption, and ability to perform under high temperatures and in corrosive environments.

Titanium Woven Wire Mesh

Titanium Woven Wire Mesh

Titanium Woven Wire Mesh features precision-woven wires in patterns such as plain or twill weave, providing consistent apertures and high strength. It is widely used in filtration, sieving, and aerospace applications, offering a balance of structural integrity, corrosion resistance, and fine control of particle separation.

Titanium Expanded Mesh

Titanium Expanded Mesh

Titanium Expanded Metal Mesh is produced by slitting and stretching titanium sheets into a rigid mesh with diamond-shaped openings. This mesh offers a high load-bearing capacity, excellent ventilation, and slip resistance, making it ideal for walkways, enclosures, and protective screens in corrosive or marine environments.

Titanium Perforated Metal

Titanium Perforated Metal

Titanium Perforated Metal Mesh is manufactured by punching holes in titanium sheets with customizable patterns such as round, square, or slotted. It provides precise airflow, acoustic control, and mechanical strength, making it suitable for applications in filtration, façade cladding, chemical processing, and speaker grilles.
